Scope of the Application
Our market and
economic analyses suggested that there were opportunities
to provide web-based compliance solutions and a high profitability
potential based on a recurring revenue model.
We concluded that our client could be profitable (reach
positive EBITDA) in year 3 with an estimated four-year
payback period.
However, some of the features and functionalities originally
envisioned would need to be expanded to achieve these
results. This, in turn, required new capabilities and
additional financing.
