We adopted a clear
decision framework based on market demand, competitive
advantage, and economic value, to drive our hypotheses
and analyses. The venture needed to show a high profitability
potential to be attractive for our client.
We investigated market drivers, business processes, and
buying behaviors at targeted organizations to validate
the rationale and potential of this application. Using
external research, customer interviews, and our client's
proprietary data, we quantified direct and indirect savings
that could be achieved through E-enablement. We also used
these insights to evaluate competitive offerings and sources
of sustainable advantage.
